Lise & Vito, the Greenpoint bar known for its small-production wine list and thoughtful cocktail program, today announced the launch of a 30-day campaign to fund the Greenhouse — a new outdoor space at its Nassau Ave location. Rather than turning to a bank or outside investors, the bar is inviting its own customers to power the build.

Through NuMarket, a Customer Capital platform, Lise & Vito customers can buy in at any amount and receive 120% back in credits to spend at the bar. Customers who buy in at $275 or more become members, unlocking first access to the Greenhouse, priority reservations for the new space, and an invitation to the members-only opening event.

"This place exists because of the people who kept showing up," said co-owner Brittany Myrick. "Building the Greenhouse the same way felt right — with the people who made Lise & Vito what it is."

Since opening on Nassau Ave, Lise & Vito has built a following around its approachable, unpretentious take on wine and hospitality. The bar's by-the-glass list features small-production bottles from lesser-known regions including China, Virginia, Portugal, and Austria — wines that rarely make it onto restaurant menus. Alongside the wine program, a carefully considered cocktail and spirits menu has made the bar a neighborhood destination for people who want something worth drinking without the formality.

The Greenhouse will extend that spirit outdoors — a space designed for the same crowd that already calls Lise & Vito theirs.

The campaign runs March 5 through April 4, 2025. Credits are distributed in monthly installments over six months and never expire.
